Step 1: Select a referral agent

Choose an agent of your choice by their name, company, or the state and city they serve. Before proceeding, ensure you contact them to confirm they are willing to accept your referral and complete the referral agreement as you move on to step 2.

Step 2 : Send the referral agreement to get paid a commissio

To ensure the payment of your referral commission, this referral agreement must be completed and signed by the accepting broker of record, especially if you hold a Rhode Island real estate license and wish to send referrals.
